our standard buttercream is a swiss meringue, made with real butter, vanilla and natural flavours.
for all wedding cakes and stacked/tiered cakes, we recommend sticking with buttercream fillings as they are more stable.
need some suggestions? because our cakes are 3 layers high, somtimes pairing cakes together makes each slice special and a nice variety of flavours for your guests.
we love chocolate, coffee, and vanilla together with baileys buttercream in between. or for a lighter brighter taste, try strawberry, lemon and vanilla bean with vanilla bean or lemon buttercream. other options can be, chocolate, red velvet & strawberry or chocolate, salted caramel and vanilla
